Joe Perry
|
Founder & President
|
 Joseph C. Perry III founded JJD Contracting, LLC. in 2001 to share his passion for contracting and designing outdoor living areas with his clients. As President, Joe oversees the total operations of his residential, commercial and landscape design firm. Devoted to his passion, Joe values his client's needs and is constantly striving to deliver the best possible product with superior service.
Starting in the family construction business when he was just 12 years old, Joe has the experience and drive to exceed all his clients' expectations and needs. He is ICPI certified and is constantly continuing his education to keep up with the newest trends, help his company grow and satisfy every clients requests. His tenacity compels him to strive for the outstanding craftsmanship and customer service you can come to expect and JJD will provide nothing less.
Aside from his construction passion Joe enjoys spending time with his family, grilling in the summer and cheering on the eagles each season.

Amie Wise

Office Manager

 Amie has been with JJD since 2007 and oversees all aspects of the office. She handles everything from client relations to the financial responsibilities of JJD.
A 2003 graduate of Bloomsburg University, Amie has a bachelor's degree in Business Administration which enhances the successful administrative qualities of JJD and aids in the office running as smoothly as possible. She is very familiar with the business aspect but she is still learning as much about construction side as possible.
Amie is constantly striving to continue her education to provide the best customer experience possible. Prior to coming to JJD, Amie was employed by an insurance company and the service industry, which has provided her with a vast amount of customer relations and administration experience.
Outside of JJD she enjoys working out, going to the beach, shopping, gardening and enjoying time with her wonderful family and friends.

Savvas Bouikidis

 Savvas joined the JJD team in 2007 and is the first friendly face you will see for your estimate. His outgoing personality and construction knowledge help our clients feel comfortable knowing their needs will be met with the utmost professionalism. Savvas has been self-employed since 1989 in the construction and landscaping industry bringing copious amounts of experience to JJD.
He is also ICPI certified and has completed the continuing education program at Longwood Gardens for agriculture and horticulture in 1993. Spending so many years serving clients needs, Savvas is very familiar with all aspects of any job and loves to help our clients realize their outside dreams.
Aside from his sales passion and helping JJD grow, he enjoys spending time with his son Little Sav and watching him grow up. He also enjoys the beach, going to amusement parks, backyard BBQ's and spending quality time with his family and friends.

Patricia Perry

Secretary & Account Manager

 Pat is one of the newest members of JJD joining the office in June of 2009. Her cheerful voice is the first contact you will hear when you call JJD for an estimate. She also handles all our client accounts from the very initial contact to the very last quality assurance appointment, ensuring all our jobs are completed with complete customer satisfaction. Her personal demeanor helps build our clients confidence in knowing they are receiving the best possible service and their job will be completed with outstanding craftsmanship.
Pat demonstrates a comfortable connection between all our clients and management as well as the workforce always keeping the lines of communication wide open. She has over 17 years experience in the construction industry due to her family and is always available to answer any questions our clients may have.
When she is not helping our clients, Pat enjoys cooking, boating, shopping, and spending time with family, friends and her grand-doggers, Olyvia, Jack and Nala.

David Munoz

Operations Manager
|
David is another one of the newest members of our team taking over the operations segment of JJD. He oversees the residential crews and jobs on a daily basis ensuring our clients' needs are met with unconditional satisfaction.
David's personable manner helps to maintain exceptional relations between JJD and all clients during jobs, whether the customer is a property manager or homeowner. He has been involved in the construction field for over 13 years and has executed and managed a wide array of projects especially focusing on the landscaping, hardscaping and general maintenance aspect. This variety has given him immense experience and knowledge to provide to our clients.
Outside of providing outstanding customer service David enjoys vacationing with his family, coaching his children's sporting events and treating his wife to a romantic night on the town.

Dan Sook

Landscape Design
|
 Dan joined the JJD team in 2009 as our main landscape designer. His unique designs are customized to all our client's specific needs and tastes. Dan works one on one with each and every client visiting their homes to create the perfect landscape design. He strives to make all our client's backyard dreams come true.
Dan has over 10 years experience as a landscape designer and has an Associates Degree in Horticulture from Williamson. He also has a Bachelors Degree in Horticulture from Temple University, is Design Certified from Longwood Gardens, and is a Pennsylvania Certified Horticulturist proving his expertise in this area.
In his spare time Dan likes to surf, skate and snowboard.
